Still euphoric with excitement after our recent purchase, my wife and I cannot stop talking about our beautiful new home, and reflecting on how everything worked out so well in making it happen. Neal Maguire embodies the absolute opposite of the general preconceived notion of a real estate salesman. From our first meeting I felt I was respected as an individual not as a prospective pay cheque and that feeling did not change. Neal listened to me, advised me and then listed my home which subsequently went on to sell very quickly and at a price I was very happy with. Despite not being the agent to make the sale on this occasion, he was still very much involved, 100% supportive and was right there for me through the whole process. Neal Maguire did a superb job selling this home to us. Originally Neal showed us a house we didn’t like but he didn’t forget about us and our requirements and some weeks later he contacted us again. He did an appraisal on our house and began showing us properties, all of which fitted our criteria especially the one we have purchased. He has an easy going down to earth nature, is knowledgeable and was able to help walk us, as new sellers through details of sale.
