This home is special. It is set on one of those nonchalantly composed streets, the kind you always wished you could live on growing up, all tidy gardens, and neatly kept homes. Straight, and seemingly always sunny, it exudes a fortunate air due to the lovely leafy feel and perfectly clipped green lawns that make it feel miles away from the monotony of the townhouse developments.

Fringed by a park, meaning that the beautifully layered back garden space feels almost like a leaf crowned private room, there is a peace and tranquility that is evident as soon as you step through the front door.

Lovely, straightforward, and uncomplicated are the words to describe the spacious open-plan living and dining room. The judicious layout means that the entire zone flows breezily to outdoors, is generously proportioned, and affords excellent privacy. Large picture windows offer a sense of the outside being drawn in, and ensure a beautiful light quality.

With the bedrooms and bathroom neatly away from the living space, this is the perfect home for entertaining, as little ones can be tucked snugly up in their beds, resting in peace while you have extended family gatherings or host evening barbecues all through the summer months.

With freshly completed wallpaper adding a lovely polished finish and creating a completely fresh feel, there is little to do beyond treating yourself to a luxe new outdoor set. Evenings under the stars await, and if you would prefer to pop out, the extensive offerings of Westgate and NorthWest Mall beckon, plus the aqua views in Hobsonville Point provide destination dining, only a short drive away.

If driving doesn’t appeal – despite the proximity of motorways in both directions – there’s excellent public transport, and schools within walking distance. Alternatively, take advantage of West Harbour’s ferry connection to town for a genuinely desirable start to your working day.

    Agents, conjunctional arrangements are welcome.
