I raised my son in Eden Terrace and loved my villa to bits.  I felt drawn to the west and was referred to Glenn Stott. He became not only my agent of choice but also my navigator as I looked to find the right house. He positioned my house ideally and found just the right buyer. Calls always returned, loads of information during the process I felt involved and informed. I was kind of sad when it was over. Thanks for the chats, updates, laughs and getting me to where I wanted to go.

When I decided to sell my St Luke’s townhouse, I was flooded by agents all looked nice but all seemed the same.  I was told to get Glenn Stott in and just chat with him. He took my wish list to heart and really listened in what was a new chapter opening up in my life. He not only sold my home with multiple offers but then found a new home for me that was exactly what I had described right down to the polished floors. All I had to do was get on with life and he did the rest.

Arriving back from Australia we wanted to settle in pronto. What gave us the greatest advantage was coming across Glenn Stott at a few of his properties or weekend.  He asked a question that was the most important of them all.. what’s on your wish list. After that he would call us at work during the day and give us the heads up on anything that fitted that list.  I left work early and checked it out. He allowed all the time I needed to really understand the house . I returned home that night and before bed time Glenn called to say “congratulations ...start packing ..” I liked his crystal clear communication and natural manner. 

Whenever the time has come to sell we’ve always called Glenn Stott. Every time he drove up our drive he came with helpful information and great humour. He knew how to find the right kind of buyer and on both occasions filtered out the stress. We loved how he would describe our house to the buyers it was like he had grown up in it. We’re in the far north now and even then he still keeps in touch.

With both selling and buying I was thankful to have Glenn Stott as my agent. There were a few house complications along the way and I appreciated his advice and direction. What was complicated to me became do-able with Glenn.

He delivered multi offers on my home selling above the asking price and was also able to ensure my purchase, again in a multi offer scenario...I’m loving my new home. Thanks Glenn .
