Anna and her business partner Bruce have got to be the most knowledgeable real estate agents in the West Harbour market. I found working with them a joy and they were there to help us during every step of the processes.

They emanate a sense of trust-worthiness that makes you feel very secure during what is without a doubt a very involved process. Their sales presentation clearly outlined the complete process step-by-step including the marketing options, "presentation and décor" aspect for open homes, client offers, and all the legal documentation.

As an ex Real Estate Salesperson I was extremely tempted to sell our family home myself even though I knew all the usual pitfalls of Private Sale.

Fortunately, I came across Bruce who impressed me with his persistent follow ups after a fleeting chance meeting. Shortly after we signed a listing authority so team Anna and Bruce could market our home. They brought several buyers from their database through to view our property and we had a multi offer situation before the first weekend of open homes. Another round of multi offers ensued and our home was sold.

Standout agent!

Selling and buying in this market has been a very difficult experience for us. It has been disappointing to discover the dishonesty of many in this industry. Thankfully though we got to deal with Anna for our purchase. After dealing with many agents, she has been the clear standout! There were some challenges with buying due to unusual circumstances and Anna was incredible. I really respected how she looked after her vendors, whilst still providing the support we needed as a buyers. She is honest, reliable and great with communication. An Agent who takes the stress out of selling, and makes it simple!

Well what can I say... If you want to deal with and agent that makes selling your property stress free, then Anna is the agent for you. I was given Annas contacts via a close friend, and I/we weren't disappointed. Every silly question no matter how small was quickly replied to. I actually signed up with Anna, not having even meet her. All the communications that I had had with her gave me the confidence to sign up.

From the minute we signed everything kicked into gear, recommendations, staging etc. Before we knew we were sold within 2 1/2 weeks! When I finally met Anna after selling our property, I remember thinking she's the total sales professional that I expected. I don't normally write reviews, but I believe our experience is worth writing about.

Selling in tough times!

Anyone can sell a house when the market is doing well. But when there are no buyers, prices are crashing, and you still want to sell, you need someone with actual skills in selling and negotiating deals. Anna was kind, professional, and really dang good at her job. She sold our house within a few weeks in a falling market for a price I was happy with. She also tolerated some weird requests from both the buyer and myself, LOL. If you need a knowledgeable professional who will listen to what your goals are and not try to force you into an expensive and inappropriate sales strategy (*cough* auction *cough*), I strongly recommend Anna.

Selling a house is never easy, but Anna made it the absolute easiest experience for my siblings and I. She always kept me informed, answered any questions I had(which was a lot), gave professional advice when asked, and helped me in personal matters as well!
