Sunnyvale is in beautiful Waitakere City, 17.6km west of Auckland City CBD. It is close to West Coast beaches, vineyards and has excellent transport links via rail and bus routes. It is a vibrant community and is in close proximity to Westcity Mall and the motorway.
With its local primary school, fantastic community feel it is considered an up and coming suburb.
